We have currently obtained planning permission for the comprehensive redevelopment of this city centre riverside location, comprising both reuse of existing buildings and new-build.

The scheme could create a high-quality residential-led mixed use development, in a desirable location. It will provide 154 units (a mix of 1-bed and 2-bed apartments, and 4-bed townhouses), together with around 500 square metres of commercial floorspace.

We are working with a number of local consultants regarding: architecture, planning, civil, structural, mechanical & electrical engineering, transport, flood risk, utilities, project & cost management and sales.

The site was the location of the UK's first commercial water source heat pump, installed in the 1940s, which we propose to reinstate in modern form to heat and cool the buildings drawing on the River Wensum for free renewable energy.
